Refund Policy

We always try to provide the best quality to our customer, but if for any reason the buyer is not 100% satisfied, we will accept the Returns and Refund the item’s selling price.


Return of goods is subject to inspection and checking by our Quality team and will be subject to some basic terms and conditions. Goods/ garments will be accepted back and exchanged only if there is any manufacturing defect within 7 days from the date of delivery subject to the following conditions: 


  • We must be notified with a refund request within 48 hours of the product being delivered to you.
  • Goods can be exchanged for goods of the same Design/Style/Colour subject to availability of stock.
  • Goods will be accepted back only if they are returned unwashed and undamaged condition with the tags intact and in their original packaging.
  • Goods must be returned intact with all tags and labels.
  • In case of non-availability of required stock, Goods can be exchanged with goods of equal value or for Credit Vouchers that can be utilised later.
  • If the item is lost in transit then we will send you new item similar to it (as no item is exactly the same due to its handmade and vintage nature)


We Would Appreciate if you contact us in case you find the item wrong or damaged while in shipping. We would need you to provide us a photo as proof of damage or any other disruptions in the product and we will definitely replace the product or provide you with the refund of the product price after the item is sent back to our India office. We do not entertain refund & cancellation requests.
